Natural Remedies For Bruised Ribs
About four weeks ago I ejected my body off my mountain bike resulting in bruised ribs. OUCH!  The E.R. “graciously” gave me pain medication and sent me on my way.  I can’t imagine suffering through that recovery period with three pain pills.  I don’t take medications so  I thought I’d share my natural remedies for bruised ribs:
  • Dr. Hoy’s Pain Relief Gel and Arnica Blast throughout the day
  • Epsom salt bath with Lavender essential oil every night
  • Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for internal inflammation
  • Coconut oil with essential oils of peppermint, wintergreen, black pepper, balsam fir, and marjoram applied externally throughout the day
  • Kinesio Tape for rib support
May you never need these recommendations.
